Shrimp Stir Fry Soup

Budget meal time! 🍽

Shrimp stir fry soup! Its SO good.
Take out the red pepper flakes and sriracha for a milder flavor.  🥗


Ingredients
Add as much shrimp as you want to the pan
1 Tbls lemon juice
1 Tbls of butter (vegan for us)
1/2 cup of frozen edamame
Chopped broccoli
Chopped red pepper
2 Tbls braggs aminos
1/4 cup of curly parsley
1/2 tsp vegetable better than bouillon
1Tbls garlic powder
1Tbls onion powder
1tsp cumin
1tsp chili powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1Tsp of pepper
1 Tbls sriracha


Directions
Cook down until shrimp is hot and vegetables are desired texture.
Add 6 eggs around the stir fry. Top eggs with tumeric and a little pepper. Cook for a few minutes and then top pan with a lid.
Turn down temperature. Remove lid and flip the eggs. Return the lid and turn off burner. Let cook for a few more minutes. 🍳

To Finish

Put plain coleslaw mixture in bottom of a bowl.
Add shrimp soup on top.
Top with avacado and chili garlic sauce if you like it spicy. 🥑
