Delicious Instant Pot Roast

Mamas Pot Roast!

That’s what I named it. 😎  The kids love it!

Instant pot recipe

Ingredients
4 cups of beef broth (I use better than bouillon)
1tbs pepper
1 tbs garlic
8 pieces of roasted garlic
1 tbs smoked paprika
1 tbs onion powder
1 small onion
Half bag of larger baby carrots
4 stalks of celery cut into thirds
4 medium potatoes cut in half

Directions
Set IP to saute and add oil
Mix all spices together and rub onto roast
Brown roast on all sides in IP
Add broth
Add potatoes
Add carrots
Add celery
Add roasted garlic
Set IP for 60 minutes on manual high
Natural release for 10-20 minutes
Remove vegetables, set in bowl
Remove roast to cutting board, let rest
To make the gravy
Set IP back to saute
Slowly add Bob’s red mill gluten free flour to the liquid while whisking quickly until desired consistency
Cut meat and serve 🔪
